Swinburne University Health and Fitness Centre is located on the Hawthorn Campus, corner of Wakefield a John Street Hawthorn. Our Centre is staffed by TAFE students undertaking accredited training in Sport, Recreation and Fitness, under the coordination and supervision of senior teaching staff and full time centre employees.
The TAFE operation of Swinburne University Health and Fitness Centre was implemented in December 2005 as a strategic response to VSU legislation to ensure staff and students continued access to sport, reacreation and fitness services on campus including sports club, fitness classes, personal training, massage and gym facilities.
At Swinburne Sport, we promote a fun and friendly atmosphere where you can feel comfortable working with our team to achieve your health and fitness goals. Talk to our gym instructors about your fitness targets and they will create an individual program that will work for you.
Our Gym is fitted out with the latest state of the art equipment and we offer a wide range of products and services to cater for all budgets and fitness needs.
Swinburne University Health and Fitness Centre is open to the general public with tertiary student and staff discounts available. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service to our clients at a very affordable price. It's not health & fitness unless it's Swinburne Sport.
