Community worker wins Victorian Training Award

Swinburne TAFE graduate and Elwood resident Kirk Gibson has won the Victorian Training Award for Outstanding Student of the Year (Vocational).

Kirk completed a Diploma of Community Development at Swinburne TAFE in 2005, and played an integral role in supporting a school in Cambodia through a not-for-profit organisation, Australians for Cambodian Education (ACE).
