ESTI is a Unit within the Department of Industrial Sciences at Swinburne University of Technology. Since its formation in 1999, ESTI has provided efficient, coordinated competency-based training to emergency service agencies, essential service industries and business. By supplying sound educational leadership, high quality training and assessment and responding to the diverse needs of its clients, ESTI has built a solid client base which now includes government and community groups. Its services are delivered in a wide range of industry, community and workplace environments, as well as at the Croydon Campus of Swinburne University of Technology.
